Proplast Makina San. ve Tic. A.S. was established in 1982 in Izmir, Turkey, for the purpose of supplying plastic and metal parts, electric motors and assembled products for the HVAC systems industry. In 1985, the Company started manufacturing and distributing, under HOOVER licence, of the first modern vacuum cleaners of Turkey. From the 1990’s on, Proplast explored new businesses to take advantage of the company’s proven skills in engineering and manufacturing. Together with its European strategic partner, Proplast started to manufacture OEM parts for vacuum cleaners for brands such as Electrolux and Hoover.

Striving to meet and exceed its customers’ expectations with high quality manufacturing services and on time delivery, Proplast has been enjoying excellent reputation in the production of parts and components tailor-made to the required specifications for OEM commitement. Today Proplast is the reliable manufacturer who serves for many well known companies like Emerson Copeland, Ford Otosan, Kalori, Bosch, in Turkey and abroad.

Proplast operates a modern 5 553 sqm facility built on 8 850 sqm. area, in which 85 qualified and dedicated staff work. Equipped with plastic injection machines from 35 to 500 tons , eccentric and hydraulic presses from 1 to 250 tons, a complete assembly line and an in –house tool making shop capable of designing and manufacturing a variety of plastic injection moulds, sheet metal cutting and forming dies,the Company’s production range covers :
