|MUSAN Food is dealing with food drying in its Food Drying Plant at Kahramanmaras on an area of 8500 m2 that has no alike in Turkey from its exclusive technology and completely hygienic condition points of view. MUSAN is founded in 1996 with the supports of Turkish Scientific Investigation Association (TUBITAK), T.T.G.V, M.E.T.U (Middle East Technical University) etc. for drying and processing fruits & vegetables. MUSAN is awarded as “Production Investigation Award” from president of Turkey, Suleyman DEMIREL in 1998 because of the production containing no aflatoxin (cancerojen) and the new technology unique production units. MÜSAN Food is interested in drying especially red hot chilli pepper, rosehips, chips of tarhana (either eaten as chips or drinkable as soup) and some other vegetables & fruits.
